If you submit an application to join the program, email our support email, or use our contact form, those inputs and your email address are present within our email service. The email service does not have access to this information.
Our payment processing company has access to your payment information. We do not.
How long we retain your data
All support related data is retained indefinitely. We will not delete this correspondence.
All applicant inputs are retained indefinitely unless the applicant wishes to have the inputs deleted or modified. If you wish to have your inputs removed, you may have them removed. Just contact us with your request via our support email or contact form here.
